Large orders require efficient manufacturing of the highest quality.
The team at Hörle Wire works hard to deliver the best.
Jonas Catoni is new to the sales team at Hörle Wire – but has been working with wire as a supporting element in various production solutions at several large companies in the region. Now he’s stepped into the supply chain and is passionate about helping customers find the right wire for the right application.
– I know wire. I know what good quality means and I know the companies here in the Gnosjö region. It’s important, because this type of job is very relationship-based, says Jonas.
Manufacturing and processing steel wire
With a production area of 15,000 square metres and around 50 employees, Hörle Wire is in a strong position as a manufacturer and processor of steel wire. Along with our sister companies in Slovakia and Germany, Hörle Wire has created an efficient production system that supplies all of Europe with round, flat and galvanised wire. It’s all about large volumes here.
– We often have very large orders at the same time. That’s why it’s important for us to make sure we always have here, says Jonas.
Scrap-based wire – a green choice
Something that’s increasingly in demand is scrap-based wire, which significantly reduces the carbon footprint compared to ore-based wire. But also with this it’s important to think carefully about using it for the right applications.
– We sell a lot of scrap-based wire for the manufacture of mesh walls, roll containers, kitchen shelves and wire baskets, for example, says Jonas.
And here we come back to the very heart – the right wire for the right purpose.
– Product development is important to us as a wire supplier. We prefer to get involved as early as possible in the manufacturing process so that we can help with i, says Area Sales Manager Maud Asp.
– We understand the customer’s needs as well as their ways of using wire in their manufacturing processes.
